FRUIT COMPOTES
The organoleptic properties of the fruit are enhanced by the use of agave syrup, which is used as a sweetener instead of cane sugar. The compotes, unlike jams, have a lower total sugar content.
The Biodebiasi range includes: strawberry compote, apricot compote, blackberry compote, blueberry compote, mixed berries compote, apple compote, pear compote with cinnamon.
